I’ve spent years learning how to play the guitar and am still learning. The most important thing to me is that it is a vehicle for expression. Any way of playing is valid, as long as it is true to you and your experience.

From what I have seen Matthew has multidiciplinary/multicultural foundations which I think makes it so very easy for him to assess the skill levels, temperments and learning styles of his different tutees to best break down the learning goals into manageable steps for esch individual. With all his skills and incredible intelligence, what I appreciate most is that he has not lost his honesty, great humility or his general down to earth personality.
