About Lili (Elizaveta)
I am a second-generation yogini with over a decade of personal practice. My experience extends beyond Hatha yoga to include fasting, shatkarmas (cleansing techniques), meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting mantras, and studying classical ancient texts. If you'd like to add these aspects into your training program, we can discuss that. Since 2020, I have been offering individual yoga classes to the public. My classes are result-oriented, so I make each the training program to meet each student's individual needs and goals. With my background from various yoga schools in Nepal, Russia and Ukraine, I've come to understand that there are no fixed levels of difficulty in yoga. Instead, I recognize the importance of adapting to individual body types and abilities. In each class, I focus on achieving a harmonious balance between strength and tension, as well as relaxation. Perfect! Yelyzaveta led a calming yet challenging session, where she directed me to hold a series of poses while breathing steadily and deeply. She demonstrated all poses clearly, and gave excellent cues so I always knew what was expected.
