Hi all! My name is Aleksandra Janowska and I am a second year engineering student at the University of Cambridge. I offer tutoring in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry up to A Level standard (I graduated with 4 A*s in these).
Despite the intense-looking academic record, I am quite laid back and like to draw and cook in my spare time, although my clumsiness usually makes these end in chaos. I'm ambitious to a fault, so whether it is in your capability to pass with a C or an A, I will be there with you every step of the way and make sure you reach your maximum potential. My goal for my students is to do as well as they can on the exams, but more importantly, to actually understand the concepts and be able to apply them to the real world.
I've tutored plenty of people during my school years, and most recently helped bring a classmate from a B to an A* in Physics thanks to bi-weekly lessons. My teaching hours can vary to suit each student, so the pace is decided on a case by case basis.
