About Duncan

I am a lead engineer and serverless systems architect at a leading Australian automation company, with many years of experience programming and building automations and apps. In my spare time, I compose music, run D&D, and design and develop games. I sometimes perform live music, too!

About the lesson

In these lessons, you will learn about AWS through initially exploring concepts like microservices, Infrastructure as Code, and other important building blocks to a serverless project. Then, we'll move into building a student specific app or project.

This course requires getting hands-on with practical experience - you'll be building and playing around with various AWS microservices and fitting them together as we go.

This is recommended for professionals in their field who wish to move into serverless, entrepreneurs or hobbyists that wish to build their own serverless app, or managers in other areas who might want to understand their existing stack better.
