About Mrinalani
Mrinalani Teotia is a writer and news analyst by profession and Yogini by passion. She has been doing yoga and following yog sutras from 11 years while kept on training more than 50+ kids and 70+ adults. She is trained in relaxation yoga too.
Her style is neither monotonous nor based on cliche patterns because she believes in novelty and enhancement. One would not only gain yoga benefit but will also get a chance to learn a lot of mystic things. When she is in natural space she makes a proper use of nature and that's what makes her different.
