I subsequently decided to stay for a postgraduate at RCM under the tutelage of John Anderson. During my postgraduate I also took part on an Erasmus exchange to the Staaliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart, Germany studying with Christian Schmitt. I am also an active chamber musician, having played with the Armartis ensemble and currently playing with the Menyie Trio. n 2013 I was a member of Southbank Sinfonia as the co-principal oboe. In 2015 I was appointed Section Principal Oboe of the Orchestra of Scottish Opera and have appeared as Guest Principal Oboe with all the major Scottish Orchestras.
