About Lyra
My journey into chemistry began with a fascination for the structure of matter and the transformative power of chemical reactions. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences and Laboratory Research Methods, where I gained expertise in analytical techniques, molecular interactions, and experimental methodology. Over the past ten years, I have guided students in exploring the subject, helping them transform uncertainty into understanding and complexity into clarity. I employ a teaching style that balances structure with encouragement, ensuring students feel confident and supported as they tackle challenging concepts. I focus on connecting theory with practical application, fostering critical thinking, and inspiring curiosity. My lessons are adaptive to individual learning styles, enabling each student to progress steadily and confidently. Outside teaching, I engage in laboratory research, scientific literature, and practical chemistry projects. This continuous involvement allows me to bring up-to-date examples and methods into my classroom. Chemistry is not just a field of study for me—it is a passion, a lens through which we understand the natural world, and a source of inspiration that I am honored to share with students.
