About Diego

I´m Diego and I’m a 36 years old Argentinian, living in Southampton, UK. Being a passionate engineer in the study and improvement of mechanisms led me to internalise myself in the operation of the best machine that is the human body that´s why I inserted myself into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. In this search, I found Animal Flow as a discipline to connect the body and the mind as a single mechanism that improves and stimulates the physical capacities. I like to programme the classes according to the needs of each person, focusing on technique and training in a challenging and fun way. Let's get in touch if you'd like to join me.

About the lesson

If you are looking for a challenging and fun way to 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 so Animal Flow is for you!! Working together in one to one or small group classes we are going to improve the function of the “human animal” like: - Static and dynamic balance. - Shoulder and spine mobility. - Explosive power abilities. Animal Flow is for everybody! No experience is required because we are going to start from zero, step by step. And if you have some experience and want to improve your technique and abilities we can reach this goal.
