About Katelyn
I have always loved English, and reading novels. I write poetry on my free time as it helps me think and relax. I also love the outdoors, fishing, music, and animals. I have tutored for over a year now, and I really enjoy getting to connect with each and every one of my students, and help them accomplish their goals!

I tend to teach my lessons using Zoom, as it is the easiest platform universally. My methods for teaching are not the same for every studen because every student learns differently. I like to unde4rstand how my students comprehend certain things, and change my teahniques as I see it best for them. A typical tutoring session is: 5-10 minutes of a fun game to get the students brains awake, 10-15 minutes of word games for engagement, then 20-25 minutes of an actual lesson depending on what the student needs help on.
