I have been working regularly in Centers and Schools such as City Yoga, Om Therapy School, Center for Integrative Therapies Link, CIVSEM, Your Vitamin Deportiva, Asana Fisioterapia, Libertempo ... etc as well as tutoring at home and In outdoor spaces.

My name is Debla, I am Certified Teacher in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Anusara Elements ™, Meditation and Ontological Coach. She is a professional partner of the Spanish Therapeutic Yoga Association (AEYT) and trained with various teachers in schools such as Om Therapy School, Angelica Granado and the Federation of Aerobics and Fitness in Madrid. In other disciplines I have been certified as a Coach at the Civsem Foundation (Center for Research in Values). At present I study Osteopathy at the Paracelsus Institute and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I work as a yoga teacher in different ways and as a personal coach. I organize meditation workshops, relaxation techniques and personal development in nature. In my classes I facilitate the students the connection with the good heart and a practice with precise technique and alignment.
