About Izza
My name is Izza Abid, and I am an Applied Psychology graduate from NUML University with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping students succeed. I have spent years studying human behavior, cognitive processes, emotional well-being, and learning patterns — all of which shape the way I teach and support my students. I am dedicated, disciplined, and genuinely committed to creating a positive learning experience. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and structured, allowing students to feel comfortable while also staying motivated and focused. I believe every learner has unique strengths, and I tailor my approach to match each student’s learning style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on. In addition to strong subject knowledge, I bring excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism to every session. As an Applied Psychology graduate from NUML University, I design my lessons to be interactive, student-centered, and deeply engaging. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex psychological concepts through real-life examples, case studies, and practical applications so students can easily understand and remember what they learn.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the learner’s preference and academic needs. I begin by assessing the student’s current understanding, strengths, and areas of improvement. Based on this, I create a personalized study plan that includes concept explanation, discussion-based learning, visual aids, practice questions, and revision.
I teach a wide range of topics including:
• Psychological theories and perspectives
• Cognitive, developmental, and social psychology
• Personality theories and abnormal psychology
• Research methods and report writing
• Exam preparation, assignment guidance, and concept clarification
My lessons are suitable for school, college, and university students as well as anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of human behavior. I ensure a respectful, motivating, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.
