About Supriya

I’m an architect who graduated in 2018 and I currently am collaborating with firms like ‘Anima Mundi studios’, ‘Design mould’, ‘Travis designs’, ‘Studio culture’ and ‘studio Vinami’ in Bangalore

About the lesson

Every topic of design is an entire curriculum by itself. A student who is new to the field of Architecture might find it difficult to establish a method of research and study to venture into the ever changing design curriculum and develop a personal method of tackling a design problem which results in a perfect creative solution. Therefore, Architectural education constantly requires a mentor to always point students in the direction of correct study materials to refer, prepare students for vivas by polishing their presentation skills, constantly hold mock reviews of design projects and help students build their credibility. Not just build a pupil's confidence in successfully clearing vivas and exams, but, also give them the necessary tools required to face the professional world.

Perfect! I am truly so grateful that I found a teacher like you! ️ You have such an amazing way of explaining things that even the most difficult topics become so easy to understand and remember. Sometimes, I feel like I can remember the concept even without going back and reading it again!

What I appreciate the most is your patience. You always take the time to clear every single doubt I have, even when I interrupt in the middle of the lesson with questions. You never get irritated or make me feel uncomfortable for asking too many questions. Instead, you explain everything so politely and clearly until I completely understand it.

You are also incredibly supportive and motivating. After every class, you give me assignments that help me practise and actually apply what I have learned. I also really appreciate that you are available whenever I need help and even clear my doubts through messages outside the class.

Thank you so much for being such a patient, kind, supportive, and motivating teacher.️

Supriya's response
I have found Ankur to be a fast learner. Very keen on learning new concepts. He does make an honest effort to complete all his assignments. He is open to advice and takes critics in a constructive manner. Over all a brilliant pupil destined for bigger things.

I have known Supriya for many years as a friend and colleague, and have had the opportunity to closely observe her approach to teaching.

What I appreciate most is how thoroughly she understands the subjects she takes up, particularly across architecture, design and related creative disciplines. She is naturally curious, keeps herself updated, and puts considerable thought into how she communicates her knowledge. I particularly enjoy listening to her teach because she has a way of structuring and explaining things that makes them clear, engaging, and easy to retain.

She is also structured, accountable, and attentive to the individual learner, which makes her teaching both effective and personalised.

I would highly recommend Supriya to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and engaging tutor.
