With a strong background in the international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, I have spent extensive time handling high-volume customer relations for major global retail accounts. This professional experience has given me a deep, practical understanding of accent neutralization, effective listening, and the exact communication skills needed to interact seamlessly with English speakers worldwide.
