About Mitchell
I am an architect and tutor with 5 years of experience teaching Revit and architectural design. With a background in both academic and studio environments, I understand the challenges students face in mastering software while also meeting creative expectations. My goal as a tutor is to make design technology approachable and valuable for every learner. My teaching style is hands-on, practical, and always student-focused. I break down complex topics into manageable steps and ensure you understand not just how to use a tool, but why it matters in the context of design and documentation. I’ve worked with students preparing for architecture school reviews, professionals improving workflow for office projects, and individuals building their digital portfolios. I stay up to date with the latest BIM developments and Revit updates, continually integrating best practices into my lessons. Outside of tutoring, I engage in freelance architecture and digital modeling, which keeps my teaching grounded in real-world application. I specialize in topics such as 3D Modeling, Family Creation, and Construction Documentation. I guide students through key Revit features including parametric modeling, material assignments, sheet setup, and linking external files. Through interactive demos and practice files, you’ll learn to work efficiently and accurately within a project environment.
