About AKHONA
Hello, my name is Akhona and I consider myself as a tutor, English tutor per say. With the informal experience I got when assisting young kids with their homework, assignments and with topics they struggle with, I realized that most students even though they have the basics of English Grammar they lack the ability to speak the language fluently whether it be in a formal or informal conversation. I decided to obtain a TEFL certificate so that I can be off assistance to everyone wherever they are in the world.

My lessons are structured according to the student specific needs and learning style. I make sure in every lesson we have no matter the topic, I make it relatable to current events in the real world. I also comprehend the fact that learning new concepts can be quite hard, hence I embrace all the mistakes students make in their learning process.
