About Karen

Macroeconomics captured my interest during my first undergraduate lecture when I realized how policy impacts global markets. To be honest, I struggled with the abstract nature of elasticity until I started mapping it against real-world commodity price fluctuations. I have taught 187 students who need to synthesize high-level concepts for competitive commerce and actuarial degrees.
My background in economics and data science allows me to show how supply and demand models influence modern financial decision-making. Students aiming for excellence in AP or IB Economics benefit from the logical rigor I bring to each session. I break down complex GDP models into manageable parts that mirror actual economic cycles.
