About Kimberly
Singing is often less about natural talent and more about understanding the mechanics of your own anatomy. I studied voice at USyd and have spent 13 years gigging in Melbourne venues. While I have helped many students find their sound, I truly enjoy the moment a singer connects with the emotional core of a lyric.
My approach focuses on harmony singing and rhythm and phrasing to build your confidence. We will refine your head and chest voice, practice vocal health and care, and work on belting technique. You will also learn microphone technique and sight singing for a complete foundation.

High notes often feel unreachable when you are tense. Singing should feel as natural as speaking, but many people tighten their throats instead of using proper support.
I draw on 5.0 years of tutoring to ensure you sing with ease. We start by selecting a personalised song list built around your specific range.
This keeps the work grounded and relevant to your goals. You will find that regular practice clears the path toward better performance. We focus on phrasing and tone while keeping the environment relaxed. It is simply about getting comfortable on stage.
