About Cathleen
"You might feel overwhelmed by the rigid structures of traditional classroom learning, so I offer a different path. Having worked with 193 students ranging from absolute beginners to working professionals, I know the nuances of language acquisition. My degree is a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from RMIT, which informs my neurodivergent-affirming approach.
I spent 9 years helping kids and intermediate learners find their voices in French. My teaching style is direct, clear, and focused on making French accessible to everyone regardless of their starting point.
