About Marina
Hello!! I am a professional dancer, graduated from the Aida Mastrazzi National School of Dances. I have certified physical preparation studies. The idea of my classes is to find the balance between muscle work and stretching to keep the body healthy. From relaxation we seek to know our body and know what it needs at all times. We will perform muscle strength and stretching exercises using the weight of our own body.

I like to teach in a private way, regardless of group classes. The body is unique in each student and requires specific work. There is no age limit in the classes and it is not necessary to have any prior knowledge. Each student will have their own objective and as the classes progress we will seek together to see the results. The idea is to be able to know, understand and control our body in order to avoid future injuries. Ideal for those looking for a space to relax, unwind and have fun.
