About PRERNA
Hello! My name is Prerna, and I am a dedicated pencil artist currently pursuing my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). Art has always been my favorite way to express myself, and over the years, I've developed a deep specialization in graphite, shading, and realistic portraiture. I want to share my knowledge because I firmly believe everyone has an artist inside them waiting for the right guidance. As an active student of the arts, I am constantly refining my skills, which allows me to bring fresh, academic techniques directly to my classes. I am patient, friendly, and truly committed to helping you achieve your artistic goals.

My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation in pencil art by breaking down complex subjects into simple, manageable steps. I draw heavily from my ongoing BFA studies to teach academic sketching, intricate shading techniques, and realistic portraiture. A typical class starts with a brief warm-up exercise, followed by a live demonstration of a new technique, and concludes with guided practice where I provide real-time, personalized feedback. My classes are highly adaptable, meaning I tailor my lessons to suit your individual goals and learning pace. Whether you are a school student learning the basics, a college student building an art portfolio, or an adult pursuing a creative hobby, these classes are designed for you.
