எந்தப் பாடம் நடத்தினாலும், என் மாணவர்கள் தமிழ் படிக்கத் தடுமாறினால், அவர்களைப் படிக்க வைப்பது என்னுடைய பணி என்று செயல்படும் ஆசிரியர்களும்.... என் சமூகமே தமிழ் படி ...1. *வாய்மொழி முறை (Oral Method)*: ஆசிரியர் வாய்மொழியாக பாடம் நடத்தி, மாணவர்கள் கேட்டு புரிந்துகொள்வது.
2. *படித்தல் முறை (Reading Method)*: மாணவர்கள் பாடப்புத்தகத்தை படித்து, ஆசிரியர் விளக்கம் அளிப்பது.
3. *கலந்துரையாடல் முறை (Discussion Method)*: ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் ஒரு தலைப்பைப் பற்றி கலந்துரையாடுவது.
4. கதைகள் மூலம் பாடத்தை .
*படைப்பாற்றல் முறை (Creative Method)*: மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் சொந்த கவிதைகள், கட்டுரைகள், அல்லது கதைகளை எழுத ஊக்குவிப்பது.
