About Jan
I can offer teaching in PRACTICAL ART - painting, drawing printmaking as well as HISTORY & THEORIES ART. I have been a dissertation tutor at degree level (Norwich School of art) and have taught both practice and theory for over twenty years. My teaching experience ranges from GSCE & A level up to degree level. I have been a tutor for the Open College of the Arts, teaching art on a one to one basis for seven years. I have taught all age groups and currently teach art in a leading London adult education college where I also run a Diploma course in art & design. I am a experienced, caring and thorough teacher.
I'm also a practicing artist with my own studio, working mainly in the area of oil painting, drawing and sometimes printmaking. I have had a number of gallery exhibitions.
