About Andrew
I am an 18 year old aspiring medical student currently taking a gap year. I am keen on engaging with people and developing my teaching skills, as I believe this is such a vital skill to have! I am personable with excellent communication skills and have a drive to keep on learning.
I achieved 4A*s at Ardingly college in the June 2022 Exam cycle in Maths (OCR A), Physics (AQA), Chemistry (CIE), and Biology (OCR A).
In my free time, I play football and hockey, and like to keep up with my fitness in the gym. I also play piano to relax. I am currently volunteering in a care home in order to engage with my local community more.

I aim to provide a tailored approach to each student, and their exact exam board. I hope to be bright and cheerful and engage with each student, to maximise our time together! We will start with getting a grasp on the level, and I would encourage the students to come with specific areas they would like to work on. I am patient, and will support my lessons with aids specific to the student, for example, videos, demonstrations, etc. depending on what helps them to learn the best!
I have previously tutored students in my boarding house at school, in a range of different subjects, and have always aimed to be helpful in aiding my friends with work also!
A typical lesson will last 50 minutes to an hour. I am currently free throughout the week and on weekends, during the daytime or evening, so whenever suits best for you!
