About Shinal
I am an Assistant Psychologist currently working in pain management using Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment and Mindfulness based approaches to help clients move on with their life despite the chronic pain they experience. Additionally I have extensive experience working in mental health services working with clients with enduring illnesses such as Psychosis. I have experience of working in both clinical and research areas of Psychology and Psychiatry from renowned establishments such as the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

I give lessons to GCSE, College and Undergraduate level students along with helping postgraduate students with their assignments and helping them prepare for exams. In addition, I am able to give career based guidance specifically for those choosing the path of Clinical Psychology.
I can teach both face to face or online and create individualised lesson structures based on the pupils needs and what they hope to achieve from the tuition.
