About Jonte
I am pushed to uncover the best material for myself if I have people to share it with. If you care for a thorough investigation into performance art and growing the right instincts, then I can throw all the proper repertoire at you, and the techniques to support your journey with it.
I’ve studied with Trinity College London in Musical Theatre, South Seas Stage & Screen performance, and University of Canberra where I gained the proper credentials for a professional career, but pride myself most on having an extensive knowledge of music and how to use it.

I aim to give students the tools to source their own advanced repertoire, and specialise in applying voice to stories in a musical theatre setting, and analysing text to inform the vocal techniques applied to high quality material.
The approach is very personal, and serves to cultivate investment in the arts, whichever way works best for the student.
I cover famous material from Stephen Sondheim, alongside his more elusive ‘unsung’ texts, as well as rock operas and modern adaptations of ancient material.
