About Priyanka
I used to tell stories about health; now, I help you rewrite your own.
After a rewarding career as a Health Journalist, I traded the newsroom for the yoga mat to pursue my passion for holistic healing.
As an Ashtanga Yoga Coach, I thrive on the strength and breath of a disciplined practice. I learned Ashtanga Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.
As a Pregnancy Coach, I find immense joy in guiding expecting parents through the spiritual and physical journey of pregnancy—a path I walked myself with such dedication that I was awarded *Best Student* in my Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training from the AYG Academy, Mumbai.
Whether you are seeking the power of Ashtanga or the mindful preparation of prenatal yoga, I am here to guide you with a heart that understands and a mind that seeks the truth.
