About August
I’m a Physics tutor with over 8 years of experience and a BSc in Physics with Philosophy. I specialize in working with middle school students, helping them explore the basics of forces, motion, and energy. My goal is to make physics feel exciting, approachable, and meaningful from the very start. I use simple experiments, fun challenges, and real-world examples to bring the subject to life. Whether it’s understanding why a soccer ball curves or how a rollercoaster works, I connect physics to things students already enjoy. I believe curiosity is the best starting point for learning science. Many of my students begin unsure about physics, but with the right support, they quickly build confidence and interest. I focus on step-by-step thinking, hands-on discovery, and clear explanations. Problem-solving becomes an adventure, not a task. I also help students ask better questions and think like young scientists. My lessons are full of stories, analogies, and moments that make complex ideas feel simple. My teaching approach in Physics is based on deep thinking, clear structure, and a love for big ideas. I guide students through advanced topics with a focus on understanding, not just memorizing. We explore modern physics, including relativity (both special and general), quantum mechanics, and nuclear physics. These subjects can be challenging, but with the right approach, they become deeply rewarding.
I use thought experiments, logical steps, and strong visual tools to break down complex theories. Each concept builds on the last, helping students form a solid and connected understanding. My lessons encourage active thinking, careful questioning, and precision. I work especially well with students interested in Medical Physics or Environmental Science, helping them master the physics behind their fields.
I push learners to go further, to think more deeply, and to aim higher in their academic work. At the same time, I support their personal way of learning and problem-solving.
