About Philippe

Philippe Bolduc, a passionate tutor whose teachings and wit have impacted children, high school students and college students alike. An Auxiliary Teacher in an engineering university and more than 10 years of experience in tutoring give you the best way to learn both chess and math! My methodology of teaching consists mainly of vulgarization. I excel at adapting to you and explaining important concepts and ideas in a language YOU understand! The first hour lesson (which is free!) will be a lesson of acclimation. I will try to explain things to you and understand you, understand how you understand and adapt my language so as to be optimal to you. What can you expect? Three words: Experience, Passion and Jovial! Forget those boring monotone tutors or teachers you've had in the past. I have been a tutor in both Math and Chess for a number of years now and it is definitely my passion!

About the lesson

Very good at vulgarization. I excel at adapting to you and explaining important things in a language YOU understand! The first hour lesson (which is free!) will be a lesson of acclimation. I can teach math anywhere from Elementary School all the way to University Level, in such things as Statistics, Calculus, Linear Algebra and so on.

Perfect! Je recommande fortement Philippe à tous ceux et celles qui ont de la difficulté en mathématiques. Il est très calme et prend son temps de bien expliquer les choses, il s'assure de la bonne compréhension de l'élève et surtout il connait très bien la matière. Philippe est une personne qui sait bien communiquer et qui s'adapte très bien au niveau de l'élève. Je vous encourage fortement à prendre rendez-vous avec lui si vous éprouvez de la difficulté en mathématiques.
