About Marek

Marek is an award-winning musician who has been playing for over 26 years. He has gathered experience in various musical environments, which has allowed him to grow both as a musician and as a tutor. Marek has been a part and co-leader of different music projects in London, such as Jazzphrenia, The Colours, Jason Simpson Project, and BB Collective. These groups have performed at numerous venues across London, including Pizza Express, Charlie Wrights, The Dignity, Olivers, Hipsta Bar, and Jazz Cafe Posk, among others. Additionally, he was a lead guest soloist in Peter Eotvos’ “Total Immersion” event, which had its UK premiere at London’s Barbican Music Hall. Furthermore, Marek is a recognised session musician, known for his work in some of the most prestigious studios around London. His expertise and versatility have made him a sought-after collaborator in the music industry.

For the past 15 years, Marek has been sharing his knowledge with students in London and online. His approach is always tailored to suit your individual needs.
