I am an ayurvedic doctor by profession with a passion for teaching.I have been teaching my patients and common people yoga online and offline for almost 1 year.As a motheri know how important it is to takecare of your health pre natal and post natal and wants to help others as well to do the same for a healthier and happier life.

The prenatal yoga therapy is important as it will determine the overall health of the baby as well as the mother. It will help in Reducing stress and anxiety. Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
