About Gayanne Jane
Learning is more than simply memorizing information. It is about understanding concepts, developing skills, and gaining the confidence to apply what you learn. As an experienced teacher, I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace.
I bring both classroom teaching experience and practical knowledge to every lesson. My approach is patient, organized, and learner-centered, with lessons adapted to each student's needs, level, and learning goals. Whether you need academic support, help mastering a specific topic, or guidance in practical skills, I am committed to making every lesson meaningful and worthwhile.

My teaching approach is learner-centered, practical, and engaging. I believe students learn best when lessons are connected to real-life situations and when they are given opportunities to participate, practice, and ask questions. I use clear explanations, demonstrations, guided practice, visual examples, questioning, and hands-on activities. I also adjust my teaching style according to the learner’s pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
A typical lesson begins with a short review or warm-up activity to connect the new topic with what the learner already knows. I then introduce the lesson objectives and explain the concept using simple, relatable examples. For skills-based lessons, I demonstrate the process step-by-step before allowing the learner to practice with guidance. We then work on exercises or activities to check understanding, followed by feedback and corrections. Each lesson ends with a short recap and, when appropriate, a practice task to reinforce learning.
What sets me apart is my combination of teaching experience, patience, creativity, and practical knowledge. As a teacher, I understand that students have different learning styles and levels of confidence, so I make an effort to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I also focus not only on getting the correct answer but on helping learners understand the process and develop confidence in their own abilities.
My lessons are suitable for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and learners taking introductory college-level or skills-based subjects. I can support students who need academic reinforcement, help with assignments and projects, preparation for assessments, or additional practice in specific topics. I am particularly suited to learners interested in TLE, Home Economics, Cookery, Baking, Food Processing, Entrepreneurship, and other practical or skills-based subjects. Lessons can also be adjusted for beginners, students who need extra support, or learners who want to strengthen existing skills.
