About Desiree
I am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have lost my mother through diabetes and heart disease and have adopted a very healthy lifestyle so that I will not follow my mother’s footsteps. I studied extensively through university and TAFE in many subjects including health science, psychology, human anatomy, biomechanics and nutrition.
I am able to help others through education and motivation to help them achieve the results they are after in their fitness journey.

I have 20 years experience in helping people lose weight, transform their bodies, increase their fitness and strength and improve their nutrition.
I have also worked with many clients to better manage their chronic illnesses and injuries.
My approach is individual, we work together to achieve your goals. You are held accountable, I construct the program and nutrition goals and you follow with my support.
Nutrition plays a big part in reaching fat loss goals, in which I have extensive experience in, combined with exercise programs that get results, whilst focusing on good technique and progressive overload. I do face to face sessions and online.
