About Jodie
Music captured my attention in childhood and never let go. You are likely here because you want to master songwriting or fingerpicking without sacrificing the joy of playing.
I have spent 9 years helping 434 students navigate power chords, reading sheet music, and complex scales and modes. Music theory becomes approachable when you break it down into logical steps alongside reading tabs. My approach is precise, structured, and firmly rooted in my formal training. You will be playing with confidence sooner than you expect.

You arrive at our first session ready to play your favourite songs immediately. I observe how you hold the instrument and then we move into foundational techniques that make immediate sense for your hands. We integrate music theory into every chord change so the logic behind the guitar neck starts to click. My 9 years of experience means I identify your technical hurdles before they become bad habits.
Each session concludes with a practice module with every lesson to keep momentum high between our meetings. You receive clear instructions that allow you to continue working on your craft independently throughout the week. The focus remains on building your repertoire while refining your precision on the fretboard.
