My methodology is based on the knowledge acquired during the CAFYD career added to the new knowledge I acquire in the master's degree, and individually adapted to each person based on the objectives pursued.
The training sessions will be scheduled based on the characteristics of the people, and based on the final objective, which can be both towards sports performance and health as well as aesthetics.
