My teaching method is collaborative. This means that I encourage students to work as a team in reaching the same goal. I also use explanative and demonstrative means to revive the students curiosity and interest do to encourage them to want to collaborate. As a post-graduate student and upcoming teacher, I have understood that not only are learners individuals but they are also human. This means that they have different capabilities and abilities to learn information and different questions about what they are learning. Therefore as an instructor, it is my responsibility to try and give adequate time and attention to each leaner.
