About Alliyah Jade
I am a Psychology graduate and a TEFL-certified English teacher with teaching and tutoring experience. My background in Psychology has helped me develop patience, empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills, which I apply in every lesson. I believe that learning English should be comfortable, engaging, and enjoyable, so I create a supportive environment where students can confidently practice and improve their skills. I am committed to providing professional, lessons that are suited to each student’s needs and learning goals. Whether you want to improve your speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, or everyday communication, I am here to guide and support you throughout your learning journey.

My approach to teaching is student-centered, patient, and interactive. As a Psychology graduate, I understand that every student has different learning styles, needs, and levels of confidence. Because of this, I adjust my teaching methods depending on the student and create a comfortable environment where they can learn at their own pace.
I use conversation practice, guided discussions, pronunciation exercises, vocabulary and grammar activities, as well as pictures, videos, games, and other engaging materials to make lessons enjoyable and easier to understand. I also provide positive and constructive feedback to help students improve without feeling afraid of making mistakes. What sets me apart is my Psychology background, which has helped me develop patience, empathy, good communication, active listening, and adaptability as a teacher. My lessons are suitable for beginner to intermediate learners who want to improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, conversation, and overall English communication. Most importantly, I want my students to feel comfortable, supported, and confident while learning English.
