About Ella
After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines and passing the board exam, I chose to channel my passion into education. In my recent role as a Nursing Instructor at the University of Cagayan Valley, I discovered how much I love guiding students. I spent my days designing engaging lessons, running hands-on laboratory simulations, and mentoring students. This experience taught me how to take complicated clinical concepts and explain them in simple, practical ways, ensuring students master the critical thinking, safety protocols, and deep compliance required to protect their future careers.

What shapes my teaching style is my approach to people. I rely on clear, empathetic communication to build a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to grow. I am naturally collaborative, adapt quickly when things get unpredictable, and always stay completely focused under pressure. I actively align all my teaching with current universal healthcare standards and the updated NLE framework to fully prepare students for their licensing exams and real-world careers.
