My teaching approach begins with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning. I first set up a lesson with anything from a funny joke, riddle, critical thinking question, or maybe even a story. Not only as an introduction, but a way to get the brain to flex its muscles! I like to perform some practice problems together, then allow the student to show off their newly learned skills.
