About Lydia

With 8 years of tutoring experience and a BSc in Physics with Philosophy, I bring passion and patience to every lesson. I love working with middle school students as they take their first steps into physics. Forces and motion are often the first topics we explore together. I use simple experiments to make these concepts clear and hands-on. Real-life examples like sports, playground swings, and roller coasters bring energy to my lessons. Students enjoy making these connections between theory and practice. I know physics can be confusing at first, so I keep explanations simple. About the lesson

I encourage DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners to follow their curiosity. They are supported in finding confidence in their own style of investigation. Sessions combine hands-on work with reflective learning. I emphasize that mistakes are part of progress. Each experiment becomes a chance to refine skills and thinking. Over time, students gain independence in their approach. They begin to see physics as more than equations—it becomes a way to explore the world. Together, we build confidence in scientific inquiry.
