About Jose
I am an experienced singing tutor with 12 years of teaching and professional experience working with school and college students. Teaching music is more than just a job for me; it is a way to inspire students and help them grow both creatively and personally.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped many students develop their singing ability and build confidence in performing. Some of them have gone on to participate in school concerts, college festivals, and music competitions.
My teaching style focuses on developing strong vocal techniques such as breathing exercises, pitch accuracy, rhythm understanding, and vocal expression. These skills help students build a solid musical foundation. I also believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to match their learning style and goals.
My goal is to create an encouraging environment where students feel inspired to practice, improve, and enjoy the wonderful experience of singing.

My singing teaching methodology emphasises flexibility, creativity, understanding, and strong time management to provide students with an enjoyable and structured learning experience.
I believe that confidence and skill grow together, so I focus on both vocal technique and personal expression. Each lesson begins with breathing exercises and vocal warm-ups to prepare the voice and prevent strain. I then guide students through pitch accuracy, tone improvement, articulation, and song interpretation, ensuring that they develop both control and expression.
Creativity is encouraged throughout the process, allowing students to interpret music in their own way and explore different genres. I also take the time to understand each student’s challenges and progress so I can provide patient, tailored guidance.
Effective time management ensures that every lesson includes skill-building, song practice, and constructive feedback. Additionally, I support students with rhythm training, music theory, and stage performance skills to help them become well-rounded musicians.
