Whether you or your child are seeking to progress your ballet technique, or simply learn more about your body so that you can move better, I can get you to your goals. I provide a supportive environment for all my students, at any age and level. With an extension background not only in classical Vaganova ballet, but also in Pilates and biomechanics, I bring a unique perspective to the art form in every private lesson.
Sessions vary depending on the student's needs, but will include a warm up, a deep dive into technique, and personalized instruction. Sessions may also include myofascial release (foam rolling), mat Pilates exercises, and work at the barre or in center.
