About Mehraj
I am Mehraj, a Barrister Training Course candidate based in London, with my Call to the Bar pending. I hold an LLB from the University of London, where I achieved high distinctions in core subjects including Public Law and EU Law.
I specialise in teaching UK law to a global student base, working with A-Level, LLB, LLM, and Bar course students across different jurisdictions. Over the past several years, I have taught more than 30+ students internationally, helping them significantly improve their academic performance, legal reasoning, and written work.
My focus is not just on teaching the law, but on developing how students think like lawyers, analytically, critically, and with precision. I place strong emphasis on exam performance, structured argumentation, and high-level legal writing, which are essential for achieving top grades.

My teaching is structured, rigorous, and results-driven, designed for students who want to achieve academic excellence in UK law.
Each lesson typically lasts 60–90 minutes and is tailored to the student’s level, whether A-Level, undergraduate, postgraduate, or Bar course. Sessions combine clear conceptual explanation with intensive application, focusing on problem questions, essay structuring, and advanced exam techniques.
I train students to master core legal frameworks such as IRAC, develop precise and persuasive writing, and approach complex legal scenarios with clarity and confidence. Rather than passive learning, my sessions are highly interactive, students are guided to think critically, articulate legal arguments, and apply the law under exam conditions.
My experience across multiple UK law curricula allows me to quickly identify weaknesses and implement targeted strategies that lead to measurable improvement in both understanding and results.
