About Iqra

HI! , i'm Iqra and I'm 18 years old, i absolutely love learning and teaching along with public speaking as i debate often and i completed my alevels with AAAA* grades in 2022 , and am currently on my gap year while learning valuable lessons such as savings by working , i have gained many travel and volunteering opportunities this year and hope to start university as a medical student in 2023 September.

Through a very friendly and approachable persona I also absolutely love reading and watching movies while trying every bubble tea store in London :) but overall i find it important to maintain a healthy work-life balance with this.

I know that not everyone has a very easy journey and so am always open to talking about experiences and support :)

About the lesson

I have gained an immense experience in different revision techniques that do work AND ones that don't work. I will try to provide revision templates and teach through flashcards too along with using the mark scheme to show you what examiners want :)

I had done my GCSEs not long ago and completed my Alevels successfully in 2022 so i believe my advice will be very relevant to the current exam structures.

Currently i believe lessons should be about an hour where we discuss recent mock results , any weaknesses in knowledge and advice for anything related to the subject or even support for the uni application process.

I plan on teaching from KS2 to GCSE and help A-levels students too.

SATS - any subject
GCSE - maths , english , biology , chemistry any subject i may have done for gcses
Alevels- maths (although depends on the topic as there are various) , biology and chemistry +EPQ advice.
UNI ADVICE - premed , ucas , personal statement reviews, help withwriting personal statemenets and how to reflect well , mock interviews.
