About Haritha
I personally have not been given a proper coaching by my teachers, except been pressurized by them to push through my abilities even if not understand just to Byheart every lesson. Then later on started to learn things by myself and could explore many things beyond just teaching... Instead I learned how does our brain grasp things if it's thought in such a way it should by understanding each person's psychology and their way of understanding things in a unique way...

1. While introducing any new topic, build on their previous knowledge.... that is -link the topic with something that they already know. 2. Give everyday examples or some illustrations, so as to make them understand the concept with latest updates.... 3. Add humor related to the topic...it makes the topic attractive, and maintains their attention, even use of memes if humor necessary to interact closely with their thinking and to understand their psychology.... 4. Repeatedly emphasize the important points. 5. Keep the lecture interactive. Ask them questions that stimulate critical thinking. 6. Ask questions in general to the whole class.. and find out their answers...if it is right then compliment them, if it is wrong then give them an answer & explain why it's wrong.... 7. Be friendly with them, then they won't hesitate to answer or ask their doubts.... 8. Do not read from a PowerPoint presentation/ or slide show... it makes the lecture boring....only use it to show diagrams, figures or videos....or to list the major points to be covered, so as to ensure that no important point is missed. Keep the lecture interesting. 9. Tell them what is important and what should be stressed. 10. Finally conclude by summarizing what has been taught.
