About Amirah
Hi! My name is Amirah, and I’m currently a university student studying Accounting. I’ve always enjoyed Accounting because I like understanding how things work and solving problems step-by-step.
I’m interested in teaching because I know that Accounting can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming, especially when you’re first learning certain concepts. I want to make it easier and more enjoyable by explaining things in a simple way and helping students understand why they’re doing something, rather than just memorising answers.
I’m patient, approachable and always happy to go through a question more than once if needed. My goal is to help my students feel more confident in Accounting, improve their understanding and ultimately see an improvement in their marks.

My Accounting lessons are focused on making difficult concepts easier to understand. I like to explain the work step-by-step and use practical examples and past questions so that students can understand how to apply what they have learnt.
I aim to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and focuses on the areas they need the most help with. Students can expect explanations, worked examples, practice questions and exam preparation.
My lessons are aimed at high school Accounting students, especially those who want to improve their understanding, build confidence and achieve better marks. I can teach in English.
