About Erik
I am a Scottish student, currently studying social sciences, I am experienced working with children and young people,via the teaching sports, and having being a 'young scout leader' among other things. I have a passion for languages, and understand well the trials and tribulations that come with devoting oneself to learning a language.

My teaching method is very student centric, with focus being put on the pupil immersing themselves as much as possible in the language via different forms of media and culture.
With grammatical concepts gradually being introduced, starting of simple e.g the verb 'to be'. Forming a solid understanding of the language, upon which more complex concepts can be built upon.
All the while the importance of regular conversation in the target language is impressed upon the student, aiming for them to be constantly stimulated, encountering new vocabulary and learning the subtle nuances of the languages.
