About Rajneesh
I have been training consistently for more than 3 years and have developed a strong understanding of strength training, muscle building, fat loss, and basic nutrition. During my fitness journey, I have guided my friends and my sister, helping them improve their workout routines and stay consistent. I have also learned about macronutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, and the role of dairy and supplements in a balanced diet. My goal is to help beginners avoid common mistakes, build confidence in the gym, and achieve their fitness goals through safe, practical, and sustainable methods.

My goal is to help you build sustainable habits and achieve long-term results safely and confidently.
