About Zuri
I hold a BM in World Music with a specialization in guitar traditions and have taught for 7 years. My background blends academic study and stage-inspired playing. I enjoy technical guitar.
My lessons focus on metal and progressive rock techniques. We work on alternate picking, sweep picking, and tapping. Accuracy is the priority. Speed follows.
I support both young beginners and adult learners. I teach how to practice efficiently. Progress becomes consistent.
Students also learn scale patterns, modes, and fretboard awareness. I explain theory in practical ways. Understanding improves playing.
My aim is to help you develop precision, confidence, and strong shred technique on the guitar.
