About Isabel
I am actually a medical student currently. But singing has always been a huge part of my life, and since starting medical school I’ve realised how much I miss performing regularly.
I have a real interest in vocal pedagogy and the science behind how the voice works, as well as the therapeutic benefits of singing for confidence, wellbeing, and self-expression. Through years of performing, singing has given me a lot of confidence and joy, and I’d love to help others experience that too.
I enjoy exploring different genres of music, particularly jazz, R&B, pop, and musical theatre. I also love singing in my mother tongue and connecting with music across different cultures and styles.
My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can enjoy singing, develop their voice, and build confidence while working on music they love.

My lessons will be friendly, structured, and tailored to each student’s goals. Therefore, I welcome students of all levels. At the start, we’ll do a short assessment of six key singing areas:
- breath support
- pitch accuracy
- tone
- vocal range
- diction
- musical expression.
From there, we’ll work step by step to strengthen each skill through warm-ups, exercises, and song practice.
I can offer 30 minutes - 1 hour sessions which will include vocal warm-ups, technique work, and time to apply what we learn to songs. I encourage students to bring their favourite songs so we can work on music they enjoy - the most important part of vocal training.
I have over 10 years of singing experience, have completed Trinity Grade 8 singing exams, and have extensive performance experience so I am excited to pass on the tips and tricks I have picked up on the way.
