About Saranya
Hi, I’m Saranya, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for guiding others toward physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I completed my certification through Yoga Alliance. My classes are beginner-friendly, gentle yet effective, focusing on breath, movement, and awareness. I also teach Carnatic music to children and adults, combining the healing power of sound with movement. I believe yoga is for every body, and I strive to create a welcoming space where students can relax, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Let’s flow together – one breath at a time.
